Chia Hsin has always valued the goals of talent cultivation and development. Recently, global enterprises have faced the impetus of low fertility, new work values pursued by new generations and fast-changing skills requirements, all of which make talent issues more crucial. Chia Hsin Corporation Group has publicly responded to “2023 TALENT, in Taiwan,Taiwan Talent Sustainable Action Alliance” for two consecutive years. We hope to take practical actions together with numerous domestic businesses and academic partners to support the talent cultivation and development in Taiwan. Last year, Chia Hsin put a strong emphasis on implementing the “Employee Physical and Mental Health Program” and the “Talent Growth Program”. This year, we further promised to comprehensively embrace the concept of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and to keep sustainable talent competitiveness in this ever-changing era.
