Talent is a cornerstone of sustainable business growth. In response to the rapid changes brought by AI and evolving business landscape, CHC Group has announced its fifth consecutive year of participation in the “2026 TALENT, in Taiwan – Talent Sustainability Alliance.” Through this initiative, CHC continues to support sustainable talent development and collaborate with alliance partners to foster a more resilient and inclusive talent ecosystem.
This year, CHC will focus on two key priorities:
① Developing Key Talent
Strengthening succession planning and learning platforms to help employees build cross-disciplinary capabilities and support long-term career growth.
② Advancing an Inclusive DEI Culture
Promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, where differences are respected and contribute to team development.
Looking ahead, CHC will continue working with CommonWealth Learning and alliance partners to promote meaningful progress in talent sustainability—ensuring that talent is recognized, supported, and empowered to grow.
