eCounter Platform

In light of the amendments to the Electronic Signatures Act, effective May 15, 2024, our company will accept electronic applications for shareholder services in accordance with the provisions of the Act starting from May 19, 2025.

Our company has entered into an agreement to use the “eCounter Platform” provided by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) for handling shareholder services through the use of digital signatures. For details regarding shareholder services currently available for digital application, please visit TDCC’s website at https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html and refer to the information disclosed under the eCounter Platform. For other services not yet available via the eCounter Platform, shareholders are requested to continue using the current application method by submitting written documents affixed with their registered seal to the company’s transfer agent (or shareholder services unit).
