- Partnering with InterContinental Hotel Groups to create the InterContinental Okinawa Chura SUN Resort.
- Chia Hsin Cement Group and LDC Hotels & Resorts co-invested in A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel, a city resort in Rome, Italy.
- Strategically invest in LDC Hotels & Resorts, obtain 23.1% of its equity, and expand into the hospitality and tourism industry, looking forward to providing guests with diverse hospitality experiences.
