Business Highlight
Our Cement business mainly focuses on the resale of Portland Type I Cement in Central and Northern Taiwan. With our superior storage locations we bring better channel efficiency and convenience to our customers.
In Both Taichung and Keelong Port, with the largest cement storage silos totalling up to 83,000 tons, we provide a stable supply to our customers. Taipei Port First Bulk Cargo Center uses cargo Silo for general coal, gravel and other environmentally friendly loading, unloading and storage operations.
All ports and harbors use closed facilities for loading, unloading, and storage from the supply to the customer side, minimizing the burden on the environment and making environmental sustainability an important development goal.

Chia Hsin Cement Group
Founded in 1954, Chia Hsin Cement has been marketing Wuzhou brand premium cement worldwide, spanning the range of cement distribution and cement loading and unloading, and has participated in the internationalization of TCC’s corporate group through strategic shareholding.
Tong Yang Chia Hsin International Corporation
Founded in 1973, Chia Hsin International completed the construction of a 45,000-ton cement storage tank at Taichung Port in 1992, with an annual transshipment capacity of 1.2 million tons, and collaborates with Chia Hsin’s cement business to provide shipping services to customers in central Taiwan.
Chia Pei International Corp.
Founded in 2006, in 2009, GH International signed a joint operation contract with Chia Hsin Cement to provide operation and management services for the First Bulk Center of Taipei Port.
