As a result of the Taiwan Government's decision to discontinue awarding new limestone mining rights in the West Coast of Taiwan, CHC has logistic arranged to expand market here to the Northern part of Taiwan, only the manufacturing move to PRC. Corporate mission

CHC expanded its cement manufacturing operations into the PRC in 1995 with the construction of Jingyang Cement plant in Jiangsu Province. CHC's ultimate goal is to produce and sell 5 million tonnes per year of high-quality, high-grade cement in the PRC five years after Jingyang Plant starts smooth operation. New production lines can be added to the current facilities at JCC(Jingyang Cement Co.) and JUC(Jiangsu Union Ltd., Co.) to meet future demand, subject to market trends.
